What it does

Madecassoside is one of the four primary triterpene saponins in Centella Asiatica, purified and concentrated for more targeted efficacy. It is particularly effective for wound healing, stimulating collagen synthesis, and reducing inflammation. Clinical studies have demonstrated its ability to repair the skin barrier, reduce atopic dermatitis symptoms, and calm skin sensitised by UV exposure or actives. It is widely used in Korean skincare as a precision alternative to whole-plant Centella extract.

Benefits
  • Stimulates collagen synthesis and accelerates wound healing
  • Highly anti-inflammatory — reduces redness and reactive skin
  • Repairs and strengthens the skin barrier
  • Reduces sensitivity caused by actives, UV, and environmental factors
  • Clinical efficacy for atopic dermatitis and sensitive skin conditions
