“The multi-tasking B3 vitamin that does almost everything right.”
What it does
Niacinamide is a water-soluble form of vitamin B3 that works at the cellular level to regulate sebum production, inhibit melanin transfer to skin cells, and strengthen the epidermal barrier. It upregulates ceramide and fatty acid synthesis, making it one of the most well-evidenced ingredients in modern skincare.
Benefits
- Reduces enlarged pores and excess oil production
- Fades hyperpigmentation by blocking melanin transfer
- Strengthens the skin barrier and reduces transepidermal water loss
- Calms redness and blotchiness
- Improves uneven skin tone with consistent use
