What it does

Sodium ascorbyl phosphate is a water-soluble, stable salt form of Vitamin C. Unlike L-ascorbic acid, it does not oxidise quickly and is well-tolerated by sensitive skin. It converts to ascorbic acid on the skin, delivering antioxidant and brightening benefits. It also has documented anti-acne activity by reducing P. acnes bacteria.

Benefits
  • Brightens skin tone and fades hyperpigmentation
  • Stable formulation — does not oxidise as quickly as pure Vitamin C
  • Well-tolerated by sensitive skin
  • Antibacterial properties help reduce acne breakouts
  • Antioxidant protection against environmental damage
