What it does

Snow mushroom (Tremella fuciformis) is a polysaccharide-rich fungus that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. Its polysaccharides form a flexible film on the skin surface that holds significantly more water than hyaluronic acid due to their larger molecular size, providing a prolonged moisture reservoir. Unlike hyaluronic acid, snow mushroom polysaccharides are naturally derived and have additional antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Benefits
  • Superior moisture-retaining polysaccharides compared to hyaluronic acid
  • Forms a protective film that reduces transepidermal water loss
  • Natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
  • Instantly plumps and softens skin
  • Sustainably sourced and natural
