What it does

Rosehip oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of Rosa canina hips. It is exceptionally high in linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), fatty acids that are often deficient in acne-prone skin. It also contains natural trans-retinoic acid (a retinoid precursor), vitamin E, and anthocyanins. The linoleic acid content helps regulate sebum composition and fade hyperpigmentation.

Benefits
  • High linoleic acid content helps regulate sebum and reduce breakouts
  • Natural retinoid precursors support cellular renewal
  • Brightens hyperpigmentation and post-inflammatory marks
  • Antioxidant vitamins E and C protect against free radical damage
  • Improves skin elasticity and reduces fine lines

  • Unsaturated fatty acid content makes it prone to oxidation — store in a dark, cool place
  • Use within 3–6 months of opening
How to use

Apply 2–5 drops to face at night as the final step. Can be mixed with moisturiser. Start with small amounts and build up to assess tolerance.
