What it does

Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is a lipid-soluble antioxidant found naturally in all human cells, where it plays a critical role in mitochondrial energy production. Levels decline significantly with age. Topically, it scavenges free radicals, reduces oxidative DNA damage, and has been shown to reduce the depth of wrinkles, improve skin smoothness, and decrease melanin production.

Benefits
  • Potent antioxidant that neutralises free radicals in lipid environments
  • Reduces the depth of fine lines and wrinkles with consistent use
  • Supports mitochondrial function and skin cell energy production
  • Mildly brightening due to tyrosinase inhibition
  • Well-tolerated with low irritation potential
