What it does
Sesame oil is pressed from sesame seeds and contains a unique compound called sesamol — a potent antioxidant that gives the oil natural stability and resistance to oxidation. It is moderately rich in both linoleic and oleic acids, making it suitable for normal to dry skin. It has been used in Ayurvedic skincare for centuries.
