What it does
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is a medicinal herb widely used in traditional Korean and Chinese medicine. In skincare, its extract contains artemisinin, terpenes, and flavonoids that deliver anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant benefits. It is particularly popular in Korean skincare (K-beauty) for calming sensitive and acne-prone skin, reducing redness, and minimising pore appearance. It also has mild astringent properties.
