What it does
Centella asiatica is a medicinal herb used in traditional Ayurvedic and Asian medicine for wound healing. Its active compounds — asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid, and madecassic acid — stimulate collagen synthesis, reduce inflammation, and accelerate wound healing.
