What it does

Ethylparaben is a paraben ester used as a broad-spectrum preservative, often in combination with methylparaben for enhanced efficacy. Like all parabens approved by the EU and FDA, it is considered safe at cosmetic concentrations. It is one of the weaker oestrogenic parabens and has a good safety track record.
