What it does
Geraniol is a naturally occurring monoterpene alcohol found in rose, palmarosa, and citronella essential oils. It is widely used as a fragrance ingredient for its pleasant rose-like scent. It is one of the 26 EU-designated fragrance allergens that must be disclosed on cosmetic labels above threshold concentrations.
